Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of DCC Dale City Concrete, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use our concrete contractor services in Dale City, VA and surrounding areas.

Services Description

DCC Dale City Concrete provides residential and commercial concrete installation, repair, and replacement services. Our services include but are not limited to concrete driveways, patios, foundations, stamped concrete, and concrete masonry work.

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided are based on the information you give us and our initial site assessment. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions discovered during the project, including subsurface conditions, access limitations, or unforeseen complications.

We'll always discuss any price changes with you before proceeding with additional work. You have the right to approve or decline any changes to the original estimate.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work and final payment upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and credit cards.

Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by Virginia law. If legal action is required to collect payment, you agree to pay all costs including attorney fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and provide warranties on our concrete installations. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement and vary based on the type of work performed.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by natural disasters, soil movement, tree roots, improper maintenance, or modifications made by others. You're responsible for proper maintenance of your concrete surfaces.

Property Access and Preparation

You agree to provide clear access to the work area and ensure that all underground utilities are properly marked before we begin work. You're responsible for moving any personal property, vehicles, or obstacles that may interfere with our work.

We'll take reasonable care to protect your property, but we're not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities, underground systems, or property not disclosed to us before starting work.

Cancellations and Delays

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in a cancellation fee to cover our scheduling and preparation costs.

We may need to delay work due to weather conditions, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We'll notify you promptly of any delays and work with you to reschedule.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or any delays in completion.

Some states don't allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises regarding our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue directly. Most concerns can be resolved through open communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and resolved in the courts of Prince William County.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We'll notify you of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
